My approach to fitness focuses on age-appropriate programming, with a special focus on cardiovascular training and resistance combined with balance and mobility training. I am proud to make training sessions with my clients fun but engaging, educational and above all effective. I will give you all the tools, advice and support required to achieve your goals. My objective is to share my knowledge for a healthy lifestyle with as many people as possible. I can't wait to get started.
Option1: 30 mins - Get in get out training session. This is a fast HIIT Circuit or Boxing for individual who got no time to sleep in the gym.
Option2: 60 minutes - Involve a more specific type of training like strength and conditioning with weights.
Option 3: 90 minutes - learning from scratch, teaching boxing or weight lifting, mobility enhancement. This option is more technical, so we can build a safe and secure foundation when using gym equipment.
